The Empowered To Connect Conference presented by Show Hope in collaboration with The Karyn Purvis Institute of Child Development at TCU and Empowered to Connect, is a two-day conference designed to help parents, caregivers, educators, ministry leaders and professionals better understand how to create safe healing places for children and youth. The conference is specifically helpful for adoptive and foster families and those who are caring for children who have experienced adverse childhood experiences, maltreatment, and loss.

WHAT: Changes are being made for the 2020 Empowered to Connect Conference, presented by Show Hope. In years past, Show Hope has hosted a live event that has been available via simulcast. For 2020, however, it will be offered to you as an on-demand simulcast package that includes a rebroadcast of either the 2018 or 2019 Empowered to Connect Conference along with a viewing guide and new practical application content.
